The Urban Game

Today we reviewed some of the major events and inventions of the Industrial Revolution.  Students created their own rural village and watched it expand and transform into a bustling city filled with factories, tenements and railroads!

The joy of urban planning was just too much for Debbie.  Jess was in shock when she realized town would receive 1,000 new immigrants as a result of the Irish potato famine!
